Senior Administrator - Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall

Job Summary

• Manage and configure Zscaler ZIA and ZPA policies for internet and private application access
• Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP and Zero Trust access controls
• Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and connectivity issues in Zscaler
• Manage Forti Gate firewalls including security policies, NAT, and VPN configurations
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration compliance using Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer
• Monitor and secure WAN/LAN/VPN traffic ensuring compliance with security policies
• Handle L3 troubleshooting for firewall, VPN, and secure connectivity issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident trend analysis
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and security log analysis
• Monitor network security events using logging and monitoring tools
• Coordinate with OEM vendors (Fortinet, Zscaler) and telecom providers
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance reports

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2-level support, engineering, and optimization for enterprise network security services including Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA, SASE) and Fortinet firewalls. Ensure secure and policy-driven connectivity across WAN, LAN, and VPN environments.

Skill Requirements

• Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, SASE architecture) - Fortinet (Forti Gate, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer) - Firewall policy management, NAT, VPN - Zero Trust network security concepts
• SSL inspection, DLP, threat protection
• WAN/MPLS/VPN networking basics
• Monitoring tools and log analysis
• ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
