About the role
Job Summary
The Demand Management Office (DMO) is responsible for intake, prioritization, and governance of all infrastructure-related service requests, projects, and enhancements across towers (Cloud, DWP, Network, etc.). Acts as a central coordination function to validate demand against contractual scope, capacity, and budget before initiation. Ensures effective demand planning, resource alignment, and tracking of work orders (WO), PPH, and project efforts. Collaborates with Service Delivery, SIAM, and technical teams to streamline execution and avoid scope creep. Drives reporting, forecasting, and governance dashboards for leadership visibility. Enables efficient utilization of resources and supports financial and operational control of Infra services delivery.

Skill Requirements
Skills Required for DMO (Demand Management Office) – Infrastructure Services Demand & Capacity Management: Ability to assess incoming demand, prioritize requests, and align with resource availability and delivery capacity. Strong Governance & Stakeholder Management: Experience in coordinating with Service Delivery Managers, SIAM, clients, and tower leads; managing expectations and approvals. Commercial & Financial Understanding: Knowledge of budgeting, WoW/WO tracking, PPH, cost vs. revenue alignment, and avoiding scope creep. IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Good understanding of Infra domains (Cloud, DWP, Network, ITSM tools like Service Now) to validate demand feasibility. Planning & Reporting Skills: Expertise in forecasting demand, maintaining dashboards, MIS reporting, and presenting insights to leadership. Process & Tool Orientation: Familiarity with ITIL processes, intake workflows, Service Now demand modules, and governance frameworks. Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to evaluate priority, risk, and business impact to drive data-backed decisions. Communication Skills: Clear, structured communication for executive updates, demand reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
