Job Summary
Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) :Deep expertise in Service Now platform architecture, module integrations, governance, data model design, platform performance optimization, and best-practice implementation. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, product owners, and executive leadership to establish a future-ready platform that delivers measurable value through standardization, automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence

Candidate should have strong expertise in Service Now platform strategy, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, governance, performance optimization, and architecture leadership across large transformation and managed services engagements.
