Job Description – PMO Analyst (SAP Implementation Project)Role Summary
We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support SAP implementation projects by managing project governance, reporting, coordination, and tracking activities. The role involves working closely with project managers, business teams, SAP consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Coordinate meetings, MOMs, and action item follow-ups.
-
Support project governance and stakeholder communication.
-
Monitor timelines and escalate project risks/delays.
-
Assist in testing, cutover, and go-live coordination activities.
Required Skills
-
8–10 years of PMO / Project Coordination experience.
-
Experience in SAP implementation / transformation projects preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (JIRA/MS Project/Azure DevOps).

Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
-
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
-
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage.

To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
To support as an Subject Matter Expert:

To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.

To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions â building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.

To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
