About the role
Job Summary
To analyze business requirements to derive tests and manage test deliverables for all test phases as per Enterprise business standards and quality in the stipulated time lines with effective utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end functional and UX testing of chatbot, messaging, and voice solutions Validate system responses against various user input variations for the same intent Ensure logical and human-like interaction behaviour across conversational flows Design and execute test scenarios covering multiple message variants Test AWS Connect flows (voice, chat, routing, IVR scenarios)Identify gaps in conversation design and suggest improvements Collaborate with product, AI, and development teams Report defects with clear steps, expected vs actual behaviour Support regression, exploratory, and E2E testing
Skill Requirements
Experience in chatbot / conversational AI / Gen AI testing Experience in chatbot automation testing tools Understanding of natural language variations and intent mapping Hands-on or exposure to AWS Connect (voice/chat flows)Experience with tools like Cyara (voice/chat testing)Hands on experience in API Testing using postman, supertest API frameworks Strong software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience in a number of programming languages
