Job Summary
Scope of Responsibilities
- L2/L3 production support for banking platforms
- Incident and Major Incident Management
- End-to-end service health monitoring
- RCA, problem management, and risk remediation support
- Change, release, and service transition support
- Resilience, DR, and regulatory testing support
Technical Skills
Mandatory: - Enterprise banking application support experience
- UBS Bank-in-a-Box architecture exposure (Digital, Core Banking, Payments) - preferred
- Middleware: IBM MQ, messaging platforms – Support knowledge
- Databases: Oracle / SQL
- OS: Linux / Unix / Windows (Server)
- Monitoring & ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now)
Experience Requirements - 4–6+ years in production/application support
- Banking or financial services background preferred
- Regulated environment exposure desirable
