Job Summary

The Senior Process Associate plays a crucial role in handling / overseeing customer support operations within the Delivery Operation (Non-Voice) area. This mid-level professional ensures efficient order management, high-quality customer interactions, and continuous improvements in workflow processes, contributing significantly to the overall objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage The Resolution Of Customer Queries And Issues Through Written Communication, Ensuring Swift And Effective Responses In Order Management Scenarios.

  2. Handle Troubleshooting Tasks Effectively By Providing Solutions And Escalating Complex Issues To Senior Management When Necessary.

  3. Evaluate Operational Workflows In Order Management, Identifying Inefficiencies And Suggesting Enhancements For Streamlined Processes.

  4. Ensure The Quality And Precision Of Customer Order Data And Interactions, Maintaining The Highest Standards In Service Delivery.

  5. Oversee The Accurate Entry, Updating, And Management Of Customer Order Data Across Multiple Systems And Databases.

  6. Process Customer Orders From Receipt To Delivery, Ensuring All Details Are Accurate And Complete.

  7. Monitor Inventory Levels To Coordinate With The Inventory Team For Stock Management, Ensuring Product Availability For Order Fulfillment.

  8. Ensure That All Orders Meet Quality Standards And Are Packed Correctly Before Shipment To Maintain Customer Satisfaction.

  9. Keep Customers Informed About The Status Of Their Orders, Addressing Any Inquiries Or Concerns To Enhance The Customer Experience.

  10. Identify And Resolve Issues That May Delay Order Fulfillment, Such As Paperwork Issues / Inventory Shortages Or Shipping Problems, Ensuring Timely Deliveries.
