Job Summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or IT.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba implementation or support.

• Experience with SAP Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing, Contracts)

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Contracts functionality, including contract workspaces, workspace templates, and clause library management.

• Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes, legal terms, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the creation, negotiation, approval, and execution of contract workspaces (procurement, sales, or internal).

• System Configuration: Define contract templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows to ensure compliance with legal and business policies.

• Integration: Map contract data across source-to-pay processes, ensuring integration with Sourcing and SAP ERP systems.

• Supplier Collaboration: Utilize SAP Ariba’s digital tools for supplier communication, redlining, and electronic signature processes.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Track contract compliance, spend consumption, and expiration dates using actionable dashboards and analytics.
