Job Summary

Task Description: Team management: Assigning tasks based on team members' skills and experience, and ensuring team members are performing to their best potential.

Communication: Communicating with team members, external partners and business stakeholders to determine project status and identify potential roadblocks.
Issue resolution: Ensuring issues related to scope, budget, and resource allocation are resolved effectively.

Change management: Dealing with changes to the project, committed delivery on time with quality and ensuring 0 impact to production due to changes.

Documentation: Preparing documents and managing reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies

2. Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

4. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals

6. Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives

7. Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices

8. Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or lean

2. Strong project management skills with experience in change management

3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities

4. Certified scrum master (csm) or other relevant agile certifications

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment

6. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

7. Experience in software development and it projects

8. Knowledge of relevant tools such as jira, trello, or asana
