About the role

Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate validation and timely processing of telecom voice orders for complex customers. The individual monitors order progress, proactively communicates updates, and maintains process compliance. They ensure productivity through attendance tracking and support the team in meeting performance standards while addressing fulfillment issues and reporting system metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Validate and verify voice order details using telecom networking tools to ensure correct and compliant order entry.

  2. Expedite order processing by coordinating with internal team members and updating order trackers for visibility on milestones.

  3. Communicate order status and delays to customers using structured reports and participate in weekly customer update calls.

  4. Track and manage team attendance using workforce management systems to support consistent productivity.

  5. Monitor order fulfillment exceptions in telecom platforms and escalate unresolved issues within the team.

  6. Maintain detailed records of order progress and generate regular system performance reports using Excel and reporting tools.

  7. Support process improvement by providing actionable insights based on analysis of recurring fulfillment challenges.

Skill Requirements

  1. Basic Understanding Of Telecom Networking And Order Management Systems.

  2. Familiarity With Customer Satisfaction Management Practices In The Telecom Domain.

  3. Fundamental Knowledge Of Process Compliance And Order Tracking Tools.

  4. Good Communication Skills For Providing Clear Status Updates To Team Members And Customers.

  5. Experience Using Excel Or Similar Tools For Reporting And Data Analysis.

  6. Solution Focused Mindset With The Ability To Proactively Address Order Fulfillment Issues.

Other Requirements

  1. ITIL Foundation or CompTIA Network+ certification (optional but valuable).
