Job Description : Procurement & Transaction Analysis

Job Summary : Responsible for managing IT workplace procurement operations, vendor performance tracking, and\r\nSLA adherence. The role involves close coordination with suppliers (e.g., HP), analyzing purchase\r\ntransactions, and driving continuous improvement in delivery timelines and vendor efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Job Summary:\r\n Responsible for managing IT workplace procurement operations, vendor performance tracking, and\r\nSLA adherence. The role involves close coordination with suppliers (e.g., HP), analyzing purchase\r\ntransactions, and driving continuous improvement in delivery timelines and vendor efficiency.\r\n Key Responsibilities:\r\n Vendor Performance & SLA Management:\r\n1 Track and monitor PC delivery performance against SLA sourcing agreements (global scope).\r\n2 Provide daily/weekly updates to requesters on delivery status.\r\n3 Conduct weekly performance analysis against SLA requirements.\r\n4 Coordinate and follow up with vendor account teams for issue resolution.\r\n5 Develop and maintain delivery trackers comparing actual delivery timelines vs SLA lead times.\r\n6 Identify gaps and proactively drive actions to reduce delivery delays.\r\n7 Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and vendor account teams.\r\n Procurement & Transaction Analysis (IT Workplace):\r\n1 Perform detailed analysis of IT workplace purchase transactions.\r\n2 Manage and analyze procurement data for PC headsets, OTV transactions, MSME vendors, MPS\r\nagreements, and PC repair services.\r\n3 Ensure accurate data reporting and share insights with stakeholders.\r\n4 Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.\r\n Key Skills & Competencies:\r\n1 Strong understanding of procurement operations and vendor management\r\n2 Experience in SLA tracking and performance analysis\r\n3 Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, etc.)\r\n4 Stakeholder and vendor management\r\n5 Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset\r\n6 Knowledge of global procurement processes (EMEA/APAC exposure preferred)\r\n Preferred Experience:\r\n1 Experience in IT procurement or workplace services\r\n2 Exposure to vendor coordination (e.g., HP or similar OEMs)\r\n3 Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, etc.)
