Job Description SAP BTP Consultant — Build Process Automation / Work Zone (L4) — Offshore Role: SAP BTP Consultant Location: Offshore Experience: 9–15 years Employment Type: Full-time Primary Skills: SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP BTP Preferred Skills: Integration Suite, Side-by-Side Extensions, Event Mesh Role Summary We are seeking a senior SAP BTP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Build Work Zone and SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) to join our offshore delivery team at L4 level. The ideal candidate will design and lead end-to-end solutions for digital workplace, intelligent process automation, and unified user experience scenarios on SAP BTP. Experience across the broader BTP portfolio — Integration Suite, side-by-side extensibility, and Event Mesh — is strongly preferred, as the role will partner with architects and onshore stakeholders to deliver integrated, business-critical solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SAP Build Work Zone (Standard and Advanced Edition) solutions: Set up and configure workspaces, pages, sections, widgets, and roles. Integrate content from S/4HANA, Success Factors, Ariba, and non-SAP sources into a unified digital workplace. Configure SAP Build Work Zone (Advanced) for SAP Fiori Launchpad replacement scenarios and central entry point use cases. Implement branding, navigation, search (with SAP Start integration), and personalized user experiences. Custom Web Portal requirements: Portal architecture & site design — Design and configure multi-site, multi-tenant Work Zone (Advanced) portal landscapes — including site templates, channels, workspaces, pages, and role-based content distribution aligned with the customer's user personas (employees, partners, vendors, dealers, suppliers). Custom UI development for portals — Build and extend portal content using custom SAPUI5 / Fiori apps, HTML5 modules, and custom widgets; integrate Fiori Elements and freestyle apps as portal tiles, cards, or embedded views. Branding and theming — Implement customer-specific branding using the UI Theme Designer; configure logos, color palettes, typography, page layouts, login pages, and responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Content federation & integration — Federate content from S/4HANA, Success Factors, Ariba, Concur, Share Point, and non-SAP systems into a unified portal experience using HTML5 apps, URL apps, and standard integration patterns (Destination Service, principal propagation). Identity, SSO and authorization design — Configure SSO via SAP IAS, Azure AD, Okta, or other Id Ps; design role collections, scopes, and groups for portal users; manage B2B/B2C identity scenarios for partner, vendor, and customer portals. Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes

2. Design and develop btp sap cpi solutions to meet client needs

3. Configure and customize sap cpi integrations based on client specifications

4. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of btp sap cpi solutions

5. Provide technical support and guidance during project implementation and postlaunch

6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in btp sap cpi and recommend improvements

7. Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge and experience in sap cloud platform integration (cpi)

2. Proficiency in developing and configuring sap cpi integrations

3. Understanding of sap cloud platform and its various services

4. Familiarity with integration protocols and technologies (rest, soap, odata, etc.)

5. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams

6. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

7. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
