About the role
Job Summary
Design, develop, and debug PLC programs using Beckhoff and Siemens platforms to meet system functional and safety requirements. Develop and maintain interlock logic to ensure safe and reliable system operation. Design and support highly customized test setups for a wide range of electrical and control devices. Integrate and validate various sensors (temperature, current, voltage, power, etc.) and associated data acquisition (DAQ) systems. Read, interpret, and implement system-level electrical architecture, including control panels, I/O mapping, and signal flow. Ensure designs and implementations comply with applicable industry standards, including SEMI, UL508A, IEC, IPC, NFPA, and NEC. Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Process, and Software teams to ensure seamless system integration. Work with OEM vendors to support specialized components, custom solutions, and new technical requirements. Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and documentation activities.
