Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational efficiency while ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services. Key Responsibilities

  1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Okta And Cyberark Pam Tools To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Better Organizational Planning.

  2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Utilizes Cyberark Pam Features Effectively To Meet And Exceed Client Expectations.

  3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Using Okta For Identity Management, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Environment.

  4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Leveraging Cyberark Pam Functionalities To Enhance Security Measures And Overall Operational Efficiency.

  5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Okta And Cyberark Pam That Align With Customer Needs, Facilitating Business Results And Supporting A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficient In Okta For Identity And Access Management.

  2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Cyberark Pam, Including Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm Functionalities.

  3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Operational Excellence.

  4. Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Capabilities.
