Program Manager (DFS)

Job Summary

The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of large-scale global refresh and infrastructure programs. This position requires strong program management capabilities, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving execution excellence across all phases of delivery—from requirements gathering and Statement of Work (SoW) creation to execution and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned global refresh and infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal governance.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle including requirements gathering, SoW development, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, technical delivery, client stakeholders, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Resolve delivery blockers and ensure timely progress across all workstreams • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across initiatives such as global refreshes, infrastructure upgrades.

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience managing large global infrastructure refresh programs.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional team environments.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise across procurement, technical, and finance teams.
• Expertise in end-to-end program delivery and P&L support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
• Experience working in a client-facing or onsite delivery environment.
