Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant with 10+ years of experience in driving finance transformation initiatives through Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, acting as a solution architect, and partnering with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable consolidation, close, and reporting solutions aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end FCCS implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Act as solution architect/SME for financial consolidation and close processes.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within FCCS.
Design and configure:

Chart of Accounts, Entity & Ownership structures
Consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, currency translations

Lead data integration with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.).
Support and optimize month-end and quarter-end close cycles.
Develop business rules, automation, and performance improvements.
Deliver financial reporting solutions (Smart View, Financial Reporting, Narrative Reporting).
Engage with senior stakeholders (Finance, Controllership, CFO org) and lead workshops.
Mentor junior consultants and manage offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Skill Requirements

Core Skills:

Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud) – Expert level
Oracle EPM Cloud Suite: ARCS, TRCS, PBCS/EPBCS, PCMCS

End-to-end EPM Cloud implementation lifecycle:

Functional Expertise

Financial consolidation & close processes
Intercompany eliminations & multi-currency consolidation
Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Technical & Development:

Business Rules
Data Management / FDMEE / Data Exchange
EPM Automate, REST APIs
Metadata & hierarchy management
