Job Summary

Provide scalable and robust service-oriented infrastructure automation, monitoring and analytics solutions for multiple platforms deployed on-prem & cloud Provide internal customer support and resolve issues within SLAs Ensure availability and reliability of platforms Perform performance improvements, DR, break-fix and security fixes as needed Work with platform users to identify issues proactively and write code to resolve issues Development work (non-SRE): Attend Sprint planning and deliver projects with software engineering best practices within planned timelines
