Microsoft Power BI Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Power BI Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard creation, with a solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder engagement. Experience in business analysis will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Optimize Power BI performance through DAX, data modeling, and query tuning.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets.
• Document report logic, data sources, and business rules for transparency and reuse

Skill Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.

• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.

• Experience working with Data Bricks, SQL Database

• Able to use DAX Studio, ALM Toolkits, Git

• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
