Contract Lifecycle and Document Management Enhancements

• Implementation and enhancement of contract authoring templates, clause structures, and document handling capabilities

• Improvements to contract workflows, approvals, and document management processes

• Enablement of structured and standardized contract lifecycle management within Coupa

3.2 Intake, Request, and Workflow Standardization

• Implementation and optimization of intake forms, request processes, and approval workflows

• Standardization of procurement intake and routing processes

• Alignment of workflows to Coupa best practices and business requirements

3.3 Data Model, Metadata, and Data Quality Improvements

• Implementation of custom fields, metadata structures, and data standardization

• Data cleanup, validation, and alignment activities

• Improvements to data quality, usability, and consistency across Coupa modules

3.4 Reporting, Analytics, and Visibility Enhancements

• Configuration and development of reports, dashboards, and analytics

• Enablement of compliance tracking, operational reporting, and performance visibility

• Alignment of reporting capabilities to business and audit requirements

3.5 Supplier and Transactional Process Enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Enhancements to supplier-related processes, document flows, and transactional handling Improvements to invoice, purchase order, and supplier interaction workflows Standardization of supplier-facing and internal transactional processes 3.6 Administration, Usability, and Operational Improvements Enhancements to system usability for business administrators and end users Enablement of administrative capabilities such as uploads, bulk actions, and system management Improvements to operational efficiency and ease of system use 3.7 Compliance, Controls, and Governance Alignment Implementation of controls, validations, and compliance-related configurations Alignment with audit, regulatory, and internal governance requirements Support for monitoring and enforcement of procurement policies 3.8 Integration and System Alignment Support for updates and alignment of integrations with upstream and downstream systems Validation of data flows, mappings, and system interactions Resolution of integration-related issues and alignment to enterprise architecture standards 3.9 Coupa AI and Intelligent Capability Enablement Support rollout and adoption of Coupa AI capabilities, including but not limited to: Contract Intelligence (e.g., clause extraction, metadata tagging, insights) Intelligent recommendations and automation features within Coupa AI-driven analytics and insights where applicable Configure, operationalize, and support adoption of AI-enabled features based on Coupa guidance Support data readiness, configuration, and validation required for AI functionality Collaborate with United and Coupa to ensure effective integration of AI capabilities into business processes Enable business users and administrators to effectively utilize AI-driven features 4. Nature of Services and Execution Responsibilities The Supplier shall perform execution-focused services including: Configuration and enhancement of Coupa functionality Data and metadata updates and validation Integration support and issue resolution Testing execution (SIT/UAT) and defect management Process implementation and optimization Reporting and analytics configuration Collaboration with Coupa and United stakeholders 5. Deliverables The Supplier shall deliver: Configured Coupa functionality aligned to backlog items Integration updates and validated data mappings SIT execution and test results UAT support and defect resolution Issue logs and tracking Updated documentation (configuration, process, admin guides) Deliverables shall be aligned to backlog priorities and agreed milestones. 6.
