Job Summary
M365 Automation – SME
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation solution for Microsoft 365 administrative tasks using Azure Automation (Runbooks, PowerShell, and Logic Apps)

Develop Service Now integrations to trigger and manage automation workflows for User provisioning, license management, email security policies, Teams Governance and compliance tasks

Work with ITSM teams to implement Self-Service Automation in Service Now for Common M365 requests

Troubleshoot and optimize Azure Automation Runbooks and Service Now Workflows for performance and reliability

Integrate Azure Automation and Service Now using APIs and webhooks
-
Automate M365 services such as Exchange online, Share Point, MS Teams, One Drive and Intune
-
Create and manage Azure Automate workflows and Logic Apps to improve operational efficiency
-
Collaborate with IT Security and other technical teams to ensure automation aligns with compliance and security policies
-
Stay updated with Microsoft 365 and Azure best practices to enhance automation strategies
Skill Requirements
Proven experience with Azure Automation (Runbooks), PowerShell Scripting, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph APIs and other workflow automation tools

Strong understanding of Service Now Administration, workflows and integrations

Working experience with Exchange online Share Point Online, MS Teams and Intune
-
Understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Identity management, RBAC, Conditional Access and Active Directory Domain Services
-
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation- related issues

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
