Key Responsibilities

Key Activities:
Data analysis and trend spotting: Analyze partner performance and potential optimizations using available data and recognizing trends that could have wider impact.
Partner communications: Address queries from content partners on their account management or technical issues that could be impacting their performance on MSN, or any other business.
Utilize knowledge about the market, region and product to recommend updates for MSN partner ecosystem – addition/deletion of new or existing partners/brands.
Support product improvement with qualitative activities established by the client.

Skill Requirements

Skill set:
Knowledge about the territory/market, and popular, top-of-the-mark news publishers and content creators that engage well with the audience. Experience in news industry is advisable.
Awareness of changing industry trends that could impact positively or negatively the MSN product.
Ability to communicate with confidence and clarity with both client, and partner.
Overall 8 years of experience
5 years of client management, Digital Marketing experience would be added advantage
