Job Summary
SAP Success Factors – Time Off
End to End Implementation project:
Time off JD:
Must have
Hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors Time Off
Lead requirement gathering and solution design with stakeholders
Strong knowledge of: Time Profiles, Time Account Types, Time Types Accrual rules and posting periods
Experience with work schedules and holiday calendars
Ability to troubleshoot leave and balance issues
Should Have
Experience with carry forward, negative balance, and expiry rules
Knowledge of rules framework and eligibility logic
Exposure to country‑specific leave policies
Experience in End to end implementation, support, or enhancement projects
Key Responsibilities
