Track Manager - Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading operations management for complex network environments utilizing Cisco ACI and network automation technologies. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures operational excellence, and empowers teams to deliver against client SLAs. They are accountable for strategic problem-solving, implementing innovation in processes, and supporting organizational objectives through effective leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations management using Cisco ACI and network automation tools, ensuring robust network performance and continuous service improvement for large-scale environments.

2. Architect and implement automation workflows leveraging Python, Ansible, and Cisco ACI APIs to streamline routine network administration and reduce manual intervention.

3. Oversee advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution by applying expert knowledge of Cisco ACI fabric, network protocols, and automation frameworks to minimize downtime.

4. Analyze and enhance operational processes using network analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights and improve reporting, information flow, and management visibility.

5. Mentor and guide support teams in best practices for Cisco ACI deployment, automation scripting, and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

6. Engage with clients to understand complex requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions within Cisco ACI and automation ecosystems to meet and exceed service expectations.

7. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging network automation trends and integrating new tools or methodologies to advance organizational capabilities and competitive advantage.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Skills In Network Automation Using Python, Ansible, And Cisco Aci Apis.

2. Advanced Knowledge Of Enterprise Networking Concepts, Including Layer 2/3 Protocols, Bgp, Ospf, And Vxlan.

3. Excellent Ability To Design, Implement, And Optimize Network Automation Workflows For Operational Efficiency.

4. Strong Expertise In Troubleshooting Complex Network Issues Within Cisco Aci Environments.

5. Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Mentoring Skills Within Technical Teams.
