Job Summary : Active Directory L4 Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Design, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize On-Premises and Entra ID environments.

• Manage and support AD components including: o Domain Controllers o DFS o Group Policy (GPO) o AD Sites & Services o FSMO roles o Replication o Trust relationships • Support and manage hybrid identity environments with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configure and maintain AD Connect, synchronization, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Manage and troubleshoot PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) services including certificates, CA hierarchy, and auto-enrollment.
• Implement and maintain AD security, hardening, and privileged access management best practices.
• Work with AD monitoring, recovery, and auditing tools such as: o Semperis o ADFR (Active Directory Forest Recovery) o DSP (Directory Services Protector) o Quest Change Auditor • Perform AD health checks, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for critical identity infrastructure issues.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and restoration activities for AD environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams for identity-related initiatives and migrations.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • Strong hands-on expertise in: o On-Prem Active Directory o Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD o PKI infrastructure o AD replication and troubleshooting o DNS/DHCP/GPO management • Experience with: o Semperis platform o ADFR o DSP o Quest Change Auditor • Good understanding of AD security, auditing, and compliance.

• Experience in hybrid cloud identity environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration.
