Primary Skill Area:

• Skillset/JD: Must-Have Skills
• 6-8 years of web development experience building and running large-scale, production web applications
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, C#, and the .NET Framework, Python
• Strong frontend expertise in HTML5, JavaScript and UI frameworks.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as j Query, React, Angular.
• Experience developing APIs, microservices, and backend services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially web application hosting
• Experience integrating CMS, marketing platforms, and CRM systems
• Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and system integrations
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Fluent UI, React Redux
• Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Adobe DAM
• Experience integrating CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Exposure to AI/ML services, Azure AI, or automation frameworks
• Experience supporting digital marketing workflows (campaigns, content publishing, experimentation)
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
