Job Summary

II. Responsibilities of the Program Management Supplier The role of the program management supplier is to provide services in the following areas: Follow Stellantis standards for processes and documentation requirements. Review previous launch WWR and WWW documentation. Containerization for all new and modified Stellantis stamping racks (both details and shipping) Oversight and management of the Containerization for all new and modified Supplier Responsible shipping racks from outside suppliers (BIW / TCF / Paint), ensuring Suppliers are utilizing Stellantis standards and coordinating communications, meetings and approvals of Supplier Responsible shipping and sequencing racks. Containerization for all new and modified internal plant racks (prop tooling, paint tooling, metrology, etc) Containerization for all new and modified SPD racks (including racks on wheels) Schedule Review and Approval meetings for Robotic Check Fixtures/Gauges and Lift assist interfacing reviews within racks. Required daily updates of hours worked within the Stellantis PO tracking file. Document WWR and WWW for program just completed. III. Program Management Services The program management supplier will utilize other engineers and specialists as required to perform all aspects of this program. In addition, the program management project team may include the services of other packaging design and fabrication companies; however, source approval by Stellantis is required. The program management supplier assigned will be responsible for managing their services to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. The program management supplier will monitor their performance through timely status reports, site visits, and review of resources committed to their project.
