• Integration Analyst (Work Force Management)

Location: Hyderabad Requirements:Min 8+ years of experience in Java, Business Analysis, Python configurations and stakeholder communications.Design and develop WFM data pipelines, APIs, and integrations using Java and Python across WFM, CRM, and ACD platforms.Build scalable data models and reporting solutions leveraging Big Query/EDH and dashboarding tools.Implement automation and optimization use cases using Generative AI for forecasting, scheduling, and operational insights.Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, RCA, and performance tuning across WFM integrations and services.Collaborate with WFM SMEs, engineering teams, and vendors to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.Proficiency with office applications like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Strong communicator and comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Java/Python services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting WFM integrations with ACD/CRM/HR systems.Design optimized data models and transform raw EDH/Big Query data into analytics-ready master tables and dashboards.Build GenAI-driven utilities to automate forecasting, scheduling insights, anomaly detection, and operational reporting.Lead technical troubleshooting, perform RCA, and resolve integration/performance issues within SLA.Implement secure authentication (API keys, keystore, SSO) and ensure governance across environments (G1/G3/3PT).Collaborate with WFM SMEs, TPMs, and vendors to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of WFM engineering standards and practices.Monitor all client bugs and follow through on updates Provide guidance to Client during UAT; remove roadblocks Communicate to Client Partners on the status of bugs and projects assigned for a given week/sprint (weekly report).Provide Support to client partners on multiple implementations.
