Products & Presales Team:

Transformation Products : SAP / D365 / Salesforce / Data Analytics / ERS / DPO

Technology Evangelist & Thought Leader: Act as the authoritative representative of the platform (D365 / Salesforce / SAP / Data Analytics/ ERS / DPO), defining and evangelizing technology vision, reference architectures, and best practices across customers, partners, and internal teams.

Best Practices & Experience Design Ownership: Create and curate industry‑aligned best practices, implementation patterns, and experience blueprints that shape how the technology is adopted, scaled, and consumed—focusing on usability, performance, security, and long‑term value.

Future‑Focused AI & AI‑Ops Innovation: Lead the definition of future AI‑led and AI‑Ops propositions, including intelligent automation, autonomous operations, predictive insights, copilots, and agentic workflows embedded into enterprise platforms.

Technology Adoption & Implementation Experience: Shape the end‑to‑end technology implementation experience—from onboarding to optimization—ensuring consistency, repeatability, and differentiated outcomes without owning day‑to‑day delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Evangelist & Platform Owner: Represent the technology vision for D365/Salesforce/SAP/Data Analytics/ERS / DPO, acting as the go‑to person for platform capabilities, constraints, and best‑fit patterns; translate business needs into a clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.
