Job Summary
To be responsible for setting strategy, building and managing a high performing hunting organization for a specific region/vertical/business units.
Key Responsibilities
1.Define the overall hunting and new customer acquisition strategy aligned with company growth objectives
2.Build a strong brand presence in the target markets through partnership and industry alliances
3.Act as executive face of the company in industry forums, prospect meeting and thought leadership
4.Personally, sponsor and drive closure of the most strategic and high value pursuits
5.Market research, win/loss patterns and industry shifts to refine go-to-market approach
6.Mentor and coach Hunters on prospecting techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies to improve team performance.
7.Regularly report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key wins to senior leadership, providing insights for strategic planning.
