About the role
Job Summary
Support lab functions such as: Mobility Lab Portal, Tier 1 Triage/Troubleshooting, Reports, Change Management, Build Management, Preload sheet audit and creation, Health checks, Anomaly Detection.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot and provide essential support for Nokia CFX-5000 communication suite (vCSCF, v StateDB, CMRepo) in AIC (AT&T Integrated Cloud) in the Warrenville lab environment.

Implement configuration updates resulting from GSAT audits on CFX-5000 in AIC.

Create and manage MOPs for delivery on CFX-5000 in AIC.

Maintain and update security tools on CFX-5000 in AIC.

Develop commands in order to perform system test (Test Management and Tracking System) on CFX-5000 in Cloudband.
Skill Requirements
Knowledge of Cloudband and Nokia's Cloud Native Communication Suite (CNCS).
Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes and shell scripting.
