Strong understanding of ITSM best-practice processes, with Configuration Management and Asset Management experience • Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the Service Now environment • Experience leading technical functional discussions to implement Asset & Configuration modules in ITSM Tools • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recent experience in ITOM functional consultancy • Design common service data model (CSDM) concepts to maintain the data integrity between CMDB and AMDB as required.

Analyze the different CI and data sources (with Discovery, procurement system etc) and establish process and solution for maintaining data integrity coming from multiple sources • Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and document a resolution based on deep product knowledge shared by technical architect.

Work with technical architect to understand the related technical requirements and capture configuration data and document functional specifications, test cases and solutions.

Service Now ITOM Solution, design and process experience required.

Participate in Configuration Management meetings and Story Time where appropriate • Minimum of 10+ years of experience with CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/ITOM solutioning/CMDB Health Dashboards.

Minimum of 5+year experience with Service Now Discovery • Have strong ITOM functional knowledge.

Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes (including hardware and software) • Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation • Candidates with discovery and other ITOM certification will be preferred. Preferred Requirements • ITIL v3 Foundation certification • ITIL Intermediate • Asset CMDB Architecture solution experience • Service Now administration experience Keywords – Service Now CMDB/Discovery, Integration, Service Mapping,CSDM,CMDB Health Dashboard, IRE(Identification & Reconciliation Engine)
