To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope, by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.

Role & Responsibilities:

• To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
• To support as an Subject Matter Expert
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
• To ensure a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
• To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
• To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)

Required Skills (mandatory):

• Japanese language N1 or above, Japan local presence. Java App development, Linux, Cloud Tech/IT Infra Skill (AWS, Azure, OCI, Docker, k8s, etc), English(Read/Write), Englsih(speaking), Project Leading

Optional:

• Cloud Tech (AWS, Azure, OCI, Docker, k8s, etc), IT Infra skill, CI/CD (Ansible, Jenkins, etc), NFV, SDN, DBMS / SQL, Open Stack, Testing , Programming (Java, Javascript, Go, C/C++, Bash script, VoiceXML...), Communication Protocol Knowledge (UDP, TCP, SIP, RTP, DNS, HTTP), packet analysis (tcpdump, wireshark), Operations & Provisioning Tools (Grafana, Ansible), Basic knowledge of APIs (knowledge of execution and responses using curl), LDAP, EDB (SQL Server), Network knowledge (tcpdump), redis, zookeeper/kafka, Telco Industry experience, Japanese Native, English(read/write), Englsih(speaking), Project Leading, System/Solution Architect, AI

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech Computer Science/E&C/Information Science
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience"Japanese language N1 or above, Japan local presence. Java app development, Linux, Cloud Tech/IT Infra Skill (AWS, Azure, OCI, Docker, k8s, etc), English(Read/Write), English(speaking), Project Leading

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
