Job Summary

Task Description:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Sales & Service Cloud and hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and database modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and access control.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience UI customization.
• Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex business requirements.

• Design and develop robust Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
• Architect, develop, and maintain LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows to enhance system functionality.
• Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.),

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language.

2. Create lightning components and modify existing lightning components to enhance salesforce functionality.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

4. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects to deliver high-quality solutions.

5. Customize and configure salesforce applications based on user requirements.

6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for salesforce platform related issues.

7. Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning framework.

Other Requirements
