Data Science Specialist

Job Summary

Key Requirements as follows:

• Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents to automate and optimize new or existing business/product workflows.
• Evaluate and compare LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI products to identify the best-fit solution for each use case.
• Analyze product gaps and recommend AI driven efficiency improvements.
• Design retrieval, tooling, and guardrails to ensure reliable, safe, and scalable agent behavior.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high impact AI opportunities.
• Create and deliver KT and enablement for teams to adopt AI agents effectively.
• Monitor performance using evaluation metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement loops.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement machine learning models, AI solutions, and predictive analytics for business applications.

2. Design, test, and refine algorithms for data processing, feature extraction, and pattern detection.

3. Perform exploratory data analysis, mining, and visualization to identify trends and business opportunities.

4. Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate data insights into strategic solutions.

5. Utilize deep learning, statistical modeling, and big data tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

6. Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in model development and deployment.

7. Optimize and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

8. Stay updated with emerging data science technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
