Job Summary

Task Description: Project Overview: We provide round-the-clock monitoring and incident resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations, minimizing downtime and enhancing SLA.
Exp: 3-6 Yr (expected)

Technologies:
SQL: Able to write DDL and DML queries and aware of concepts like joins, aggregate functions, cases.
CI/CD Tools: Github to debug the code and Jenkins for the deployments
Splunk: Ensuring proactive monitoring, log analysis and faster incident resolution.

• Good monitoring and debugging skills for server logs.
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
• Experience with ITIL process (Incidents/Problems/RFC's)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.,) creating alerts, dashboards and optimization of alerts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs

2. Design and develop oracle reports using tools such as oracle bi publisher, oracle reports builder, and other relevant technologies

3. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy

4. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of reports to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations

5. Provide technical support and training to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports

6. Stay updated on oracle reporting tools and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in oracle reporting tools such as oracle bi publisher, oracle reports builder, etc.

2. Strong understanding of sql and database concepts

3. Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for report development

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and internal teams

6. Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality reports that meet user needs

Other Requirements

1.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Oracle Reports Developer certification is preferred
