About the role

Job Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Bulgaria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent strategy for the region. This position is responsible for spearheading end-to-end recruitment efforts, implementing cutting-edge talent attraction strategies, and ensuring the seamless acquisition of top talent to support HCLTech’s ambitious growth objectives. You will collaborate with regional business leaders and global HR stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience, driving the company’s continued success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Bulgaria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.

  • Develop and execute proactive talent attraction and sourcing strategies, including direct search approaches, to build robust candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Utilize innovative recruitment tools, employer branding initiatives, and market intelligence to attract high-caliber candidates.

  • Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and company policies.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment practices and market trends.

  • Represent HCLTech at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance employer brand visibility.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector or multinational environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise in direct search and proactive sourcing techniques.

  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycles and talent attraction strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and data-driven hiring tools.

  • Fluent in English (additional regional language proficiency is an advantage).
