Senior Embedded Device Test Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Embedded Device Test Lead plays a critical role in the testing and validation process of embedded systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements and objectives. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and enhance testing methodologies, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness in the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Looking for highly motivated validation engineers with background in firmware validation and integration in embedded systems and test automation. Owns coordination, Integration, validation, and debugging of system software specifically in UEFI/BIOS, BMC and SoC firmware domains.

Skill Requirements

Qualification:

• BE/B-Tech in Electronics Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 3 –7 years of experience.
• Experience developing C/C++, Powershell and Python or any other scripting languages test content.
• Familiar with developing Test Automation Frameworks ( Robot framework).
• Experience with Arduino
• Configure network devices, install hardware, setup test environment
• Has ability to create Firmware test cases to validate features in the firmware.
• Write automation test script for FW validation
• Run the automation, prepare test reports.

Other Requirements

• Additional Skills
• Experience in ARM Linux (and Windows) devices
• Experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in Azure ADO, CI/CD pipeline and releases.
