About the role

Job Summary

The FP&A Sr Process Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budegting, forecasting and analysis to drive strategic decisiom making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Financial Reporting Process

  2. Conduct Variance Analysis (Actuals Vs Bugdet/Forecast) And Present Key Findings To Leadership

  3. Manage And Mentor Team Of Fp&A Analysts, Sme'S Fostering Professional Growth And Developement

  4. Support Internal & External Audit By Providing Required Financial Analysis And Documentations

  5. Work In Ms Excel, Financial Modelling , Data Analysis, And Tools (Sap, Hyperion, Power Bi)

Skill Requirements

  1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Analysis Techniques.

  2. Advanced Proficiency In Ms Excel For Financial Modeling And Data Analysis.

  3. Strong Familiarity With Financial Management Tools Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Power Bi.

  4. Excellent Client Management Skills With A Focus On Relationship Building And Revenue Generation.

  5. Solid Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Regulations.
