Requirement / Skill Type6+ years of overall IT experience Must to have Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration Must to have Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades Must to have Knowledge of SAP Net Weaver architecture Must to have Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC system administration Must to have Hands-on experience with system monitoring and performance tuning Must to have Experience in transport management (TMS)Must to have Knowledge of SAP kernel upgrades and patches Must to have Experience in database administration (HANA/Oracle/DB2)Must to have User administration and role management Must to have Knowledge of SAP backups, restores, and disaster recovery Must to have Experience in troubleshooting system issues and root cause analysis Must to have Understanding of SAP security and compliance concepts Must to have Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) at system level Must to have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Must to have Good communication and stakeholder management skills Must to have Experience with SAP Solution Manager Nice to have Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP for SAP hosting)Nice to have Exposure to automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python)Nice to have Experience in SAP Basis on cloud (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP)Nice to have Familiarity with ITIL processes Nice to have Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery setups Nice to have Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to have

Key Responsibilities

1. To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities

2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions - 3. To work with the team in implementing the solutions

3. To develop good practice and Serve as a subject matter expert

4. To design and structure reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience - 6. To develop knowledge base by staying updated on industry best practices ,emerging trends and creating re-usable components.
