This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing systems to meet business needs while adhering to quality and time standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop And Implement Microsoft Vdi Solutions And Rdsh Configurations To Enhance User Experiences And Operational Efficiency.

Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Microsoft Vdi Environments, Addressing Issues And Ensuring Optimal Performance Of Virtual Desktops.

Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements Based On Requests Related To Touch Services And Video/Telepresence Technologies.

Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Code And Processes, Ensuring Clarity And Facilitating Future Maintenance.
