Tester - Accessibility Testing and Python

Job Summary

We are seeking candidates passionate about software quality assurance and gaming, with the ability to follow instructions from their test lead, execute test cases, and pay strong attention to detail. This position requires on-site work at AFZ Heredia and weekend availability on a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct accessibility testing on software and applications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

2. Perform accessibility testing using automated tools/assistive technologies like accchecker, jaws, nvda, voiceover, talkback etc. as needed to identify bugs and areas for improvement.

3. Document test results, track defects

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge of accessibility testing methodologies and tools.

2. Familiarity with software testing techniques, including manual and automated testing.

3. Understanding of web accessibility standards like wcag and section 508.

4. Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and report technical issues effectively.

5. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

6. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively.

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or similar certifications are a plus.
