2. To Build Sustainable & Cutting Edge Creative Capabilities Within The Team, That Can Be Leveraged By The Organization To Implement Design And Experience Requirements

3. To Lead And Manage The Team Billing Taking Into Account The End Objective Of Larger Engagement And Impact Across The Organization

4. To Lead The Team As The “First Choice” Communication Partner Across Units/ Vertical / Horizontals With The Hcl Organization That Is Able To Offer A Bouquet Of Marketing Services Through Various Communication Medium
