About the role

Job Summary

We are hiring for SAP SD Consultant- AFS/FMS S4 HANA is mandatory.

  • Consultant OTC works with Order to Cash business partners within a global SAP program to align SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions with business needs. Will primarily support the business processes associated with Order Management (standard, consignment, third party), contract management and outbound delivery management, pricing, returns. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of this business area to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis. Serves as a project team member.Experience7-10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)3 + years’ experience implementing SAP SD in a fashion company, either through SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion.
  • Good understanding on how SAP distribution integrates with external warehouse management systems.
  • At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP Transformation programs.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines of a dynamic, growing business.
  • Should be strong team player who can build relationships across functions to mediate and resolve problems• Ability to work with senior business partners to capture detailed requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.SKILLS:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution
  • Knowledge of how SAP Distribution functions integrate with external warehouse management system.
  • Knowledge of how SAP Distribution functions integrate with Order management system.
  • Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, with good upward and downward management skills.
  • Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be hands on with collecting, cleansing, and centralizing customers and point-of-sale (POS) data in real time with SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR)

Key Responsibilities

  1. To design and develop new tools as per the client’s requirements and/ customize the existing tools.

  2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.

  3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.

  4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.

  5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
