Job Summary

AI/ML Lead Key Responsibilities

• Production operations (L2/L3) for AI, ML, and GenAI systems across environments

• Operate and monitor agentic AI platforms (multi‑agent workflows, A2A interactions, tool/MCP calls)

• Maintain AI & LLM observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts)

• Lead model lifecycle management including upgrades, validation, and rollback readiness

• Ensure data quality, KPI accuracy, and insight trustworthiness across dashboards and exec outputs

• Lead AI incidents, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions

• Build runbooks, SOPs, and KT materials to operationalize AI at scale

• Excellent communication skills

• Should have experience in coordinating with offshore teams

• Status reporting

• Work in CST timings, preferably located in Chicago

Technical Skills

Over 10+ years experience in

• LLMs – Gemini, Claude Sonnet

• Platform – GCP

• Data Platform – Databricks, BigQuery
