Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Technical Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience in middleware integration tools, delivering reliable and scalable integration solutions across banking, financial, and other enterprise domains.

· Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing data transformation and integration solutions using IBM ITX/WTX, ensuring efficient data processing and system interoperability.

· Skilled in IBM ITX/WTX components including Type Tree, Map Designer, Database Interface Designer, and Launcher configuration, with experience in customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying complex mapping solutions for data transformation and validation.

· Proficient in handling multiple data formats such as XML (DTD/XSD), SWIFT, JSON, COBOL Copybook, and fixed-length/delimited files.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL for database operations, query optimization, and integration support.

· Experience working with enterprise messaging systems including Kafka, JMS, IBM MQ, and TIBCO EMS.

· Hands-on experience in Linux environments, including log analysis, shell scripting, process monitoring, and system-level troubleshooting.

· Strong experience in integration testing and validation of data transformation solutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data flow across systems

· Experience in validating data across multiple formats (SWIFT, XML, and flat files) to ensure correctness and compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

To support as an Subject Matter Expert:

1. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

2. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.

3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

4. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.

5. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
