Job Summary
Owns knowledge and problem management to reduce incident volume and improve resolution efficiency via RCA, KEDB and shift-left
Key Responsibilities
- Create/maintain KB articles; enforce templates and governance
- Perform trend analysis and identify recurring incidents
- Run RCA and maintain KEDB/known error records
- Drive permanent fixes and measure shift-left/self-service results
Skill Requirements
- Strong documentation and facilitation skills
- ITIL Knowledge & Problem Management
- Trend/RCA analysis; ITSM & KB tooling
Other Requirements
5–8 years in KM / Problem Management / Service Desk
