About the role

Job Summary

Owns knowledge and problem management to reduce incident volume and improve resolution efficiency via RCA, KEDB and shift-left

Key Responsibilities

  • Create/maintain KB articles; enforce templates and governance
  • Perform trend analysis and identify recurring incidents
  • Run RCA and maintain KEDB/known error records
  • Drive permanent fixes and measure shift-left/self-service results

Skill Requirements

  • Strong documentation and facilitation skills
  • ITIL Knowledge & Problem Management
  • Trend/RCA analysis; ITSM & KB tooling

Other Requirements

5–8 years in KM / Problem Management / Service Desk
