Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts (NLP, NLU, intents, entities, dialogue management, personalization, etc.).

MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

Python scripting for automation and integration.

Integration with enterprise systems via REST APIs or database connections.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
