Job Summary

  • Change Manager- Power Automate & Power BI Experience (Onshore) Location: Canada | Positions: 2 Role Summary
  • Looking for SRE Governance professionals with strong ITSM expertise and automation skills to drive governance across Incident, Change, and Problem Management. The role focuses on improving compliance, efficiency, and transitioning to a data-driven governance model. Key Responsibilities Ensure ticket quality, SLA adherence, and RCA completeness Govern ITSM processes and drive standardization Automate manual governance tasks using Power Automate, Power BI, or scripting tools Build dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports Collaborate with SRE, Dev, and Ops teams to improve reliability Analyze change impacts and incident root causes Requirements Strong experience in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Hands-on with Power Automate / Power BI / automation tools Experience with SLA reporting, governance, and RCA validation Good understanding of enterprise systems and production environments
