Senior Support Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on lab technician responsible for setting up and maintaining DUT (Device Under Test) environments, supporting validation teams with hardware preparation and execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare DUT setups including electrical and mechanical connections

• Perform cable routing, connection, and cable management

• Execute lab tasks based on defined procedures and guidelines

• Handle electronic equipment safely and efficiently

• Support validation teams in test environment readiness

• Ensure proper setup to avoid damage (e.g., short circuits, incorrect connections)

Skill Requirements

• Basic hands-on skills with tools (screwdrivers, torque tools, etc.)

• Understanding of electrical connections and safe handling practices

• Experience working with electronic lab equipment

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Awareness of safety practices while working with electrical systems (~230V)

Other Requirements

• Experience in hardware lab / validation lab environment

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits

• Familiarity with DUT handling and test setup processes
