Job Summary

Lead the design, strategy, and enterprise-scale implementation of GenAI-led automation and unified observability platforms to drive operational efficiency, reduce MTTR, and enable intelligent IT operations. This role combines AI/LLM architecture, automation engineering, and observability strategy (Dynatrace/AIOps) into a single value-led transformation charter.
